We Make it Happen
Our Mission
Our mission is to tell our clients’ stories as carefully, as effectively and as beautifully as we would our own.

Process
Quality must reside not only in the look of the final video, but in every step of our process.
Messaging
Execution
Beautiful images, effective concepts, and flawless technical execution are only valuable when aligned with and in service to our customer's unique goals and needs.
We thrive at the intersection of the creative and the practical, finding the right style and concept to meet our customers’ specific communication needs.
Our Team
Led by owner Marty Bohunicky, Working Pictures has been producing award-winning, transformational work for clients across the world since 1997.
The crew of storytellers, artists and deadline-keepers he leads is based in Upstate New York and brings over 130 years of experience ideating, planning, directing, editing, post-producing and even drone piloting to every project, even six-second YouTube bumpers.
The best way to get to know them is through their work.

Marty Bohunicky
President & Director
Marty’s name means something in this industry. When you see “M. Bohunicky” written on a slate, it’s a guarantee — of quality, of creativity, of expertise. As owner of Working Pictures, Marty brings more than 35 years of experience as a director and editor to every project. He’s produced award-winning commercials, corporate programs, instructional pieces and more while shooting all over Europe, Asia, South America, Russia, and all over the U.S.. His work ethic is the heart of the Working Pictures brand, and his experience, the foundation on which our reputation is built. -
Stacey Nooney
Senior Producer & Director of Operations
Every project comprises hundreds of moving parts — budgets, schedules, scripts, shot lists, directors, shooters, editors, talent, wardrobe, locations, lights, cameras, and on, and on, and on. Thankfully, you’ll only need one point of contact. As a producer with more than two decades of experience, Stacey keeps every project on schedule, on budget, and on target. From initial concept and estimate through final delivery and handoff, Stacey’s got you covered. -
Myna Joseph
Director & Producer
Every great project needs to start with a great idea. But the key to success is knowing how to make it a reality. With more than 15 years of experience helming commercial projects ranging from global ad campaigns for major brands to web-content for healthcare systems and start-ups, Myna is that bridge between idea and execution. She brings a wealth of logistical and creative experience in managing large and small-scale productions from start to finish. (Oh! And it’s pronounced MINN-uh.) -
Aaron Duprey
Senior Video Editor
Some editors are technical experts — the ones who know how to squeeze every bit of potential from each pixel, who know how to perfectly balance every decibel of content. Others are storytellers who can take hours of raw content and process it, distill it, hone, and condense it into an emotionally potent, highly efficient narrative. Aaron is one of the rare few who is both of these. As an editor at Working Pictures for more than 15 years, he has created numerous award-winning televisions campaigns, corporate videos, and documentaries. -
Nick Beaubien
Art Director & Motion Graphics
Design is the arranging of elements to best accomplish a particular goal. Nick's goal is to help you accomplish yours - with moving pictures and moving words. Over the last 20 years Nick has used his diverse skillset in video design to help craft hundreds of broadcast commercial campaigns while working with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including Transformers, Puma, Nerf, Monopoly, Play-Doh, and Star Wars. From text animations to 3D product renders, Nick is ready to help put your ideas in motion. -
Joe Wood
Motion Graphics Artist & Production Support
Joe has your back. You haven’t met him yet, but trust us when we say he’s got your back. With more than a decade of post-production and production experience, his primary role frequently has him editing and creating motion graphics, you shouldn’t be surprised to find him on set as part of the production crew. And when he’s done with that? Well he just might be putting the finishing touches on some color correction and making sure every frame of your project is pixel-perfect for handoff. -
Peter Adler
Video Editor
Proving yourself as the new guy on the team can be a challenge. When the new guy happens to come with more than 25 years of experience under his belt, that challenge becomes decidedly less complicated. As a former lead video editor for Rockstar Games, Peter has created award-winning commercials, trailers, and programs for international media brands like Disney Interactive, Activision, Insomniac Games, NBC Sports, and ESPN. Not so shabby for the new guy.
